Please note that Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Wexford Chamber Annual Report will be published online from now on.

In keeping with the Chamber’s Articles of Association, Article 38, written notice of the AGM shall be sent to every Member of the Chamber at least twenty-five days prior to the holding thereof.

Furthermore, in keeping with Article 39 of the Chamber’s Articles of Association, a copy of the Annual Report of the Board and a copy of the Audited  Accounts together with any other documents required by Law and the Auditor’s Report shall be sent to each member at least twenty-five days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

We will circulate information to all members in keeping with this Article but can confirm that the date will be Thursday 12th December 2013 in the Webb Suite at Talbot Wexford at 6 pm sharp. 

We encourage all members to attend.

Note – The attention of Members is drawn to Article 48 of the Chamber’s Articles of Association which states “No Member whose Subscription is in arrear shall be entitled to be present and speak and vote at any General Meeting”.
