Wexford Chamber Presents “Kindness” with Guest Speaker Tracy Piggott at Newbay House

Television Presenter and Business Woman Tracy Piggott  is coming to Wexford on Friday 29th November as keynote speaker at a Business Lunch in Newbay House hosted by Wexford Chamber, sponsored by J Donohoe BMW Wexford, Goodie Bags sponsored by Gainfort Hair & Beauty Supplies, and supported by our Media Partner Wexford People. 

Tracy has lived in Ireland and worked with RTE for over thirty years.  She has presented five Olympic Games, eight seasons of International Rugby, seven years of Sports Stadium and the Sunday Sport programme. A previous member of the Irish Sports Council for five years.  She now mainly presents Horse Racing on TV.  She set up own business in 2014 with business partner Dr Des Leadon, developing a feed additive for horses that assists in recovery in racehorses, and fertility in breeding horses.  80% of this company was sold to Irish horse feed company Connollys /Redmills in 2018. One of the biggest horse feed companies in the world, which is based in Goresbridge, Co Kilkenny.  Tracy works every morning riding horses for the highly successful racehorse trainer Jessica Harrington.  She is a single parent of a twelve year old daughter Thea. Tracy’s father, Lester Piggott, is regarded as one of the great jockeys of all time.  Tracy has undertaken various challenges, notably a nine mile swim underwater across Galway Bay for Cancer research, and a 2,875 mile cycle across the USA for the National Council for the Blind.
